In the rare event a problem does occur, please contact Fat Cat Cards & Gifts as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours and will do our best to resolve all issues within 3 working days.
Returns and Refunds - Greeting cards and Picture Frame Mounts
Where you, the buyer, have recognised a fault with the product you have received from us, we will ask you to return the faulty product to us within 3 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are eligible for a refund, this will be issued to the credit/debit card or original method of payment within 2 working days.
On occasion, Fat Cat Cards & Gifts may offer to resend the item free of charge on the next available working day. In this instance, we will attempt to make contact with you to understand if this is appropriate. It is not our policy to offer both a replacement product and a refund.
A refund will not be issued If the fault is a result of personalisation being mis-spelt by the buyer, product misuse or your own actions. If you believe you have made a spelling mistake or would like to change your order, please contact Fat Cat Cards & Gifts as soon as possible. Once products have gone to print, we will not be able to amend them.

You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
